All leases run from August 5 - July 29 on a one year tenancy.

Tenant is responsible for gas, electric, water, wifi and anything else that they would like.

Off-street and on-street parking is available.

The application must be filled out by each prospective tenant. After acceptance, a lease will be created for you. We require first month's rent and a security deposit of equal amount to secure the lease.

We do allow pre-approved pets at this location with a non-refundable fee of $500.00. This fee does not cover any pet damage.
