All leases run from August 5 - July 28 on a one year tenancy.

Included in the rental rate is the water bill and general area maintenance. Gas, electric, wifi and anything else that you would like is the tenant responsibility.

Parking is governed by the City of Columbia and they currently give out 2 parking permits per unit. C/D would get a total of 4.

The application must be filled out by each prospective tenant. After acceptance, a lease will be created for you. We require first month's rent and a security deposit of equal amount to secure the lease.

We do not allow pets at this location.
