All leases run from August 5 - July 28 on a one year tenancy.

Tenant is responsible for water, gas, electric, wifi and anything else that they would like. Yard care is provided.

Off-street and on-street parking is available.

The application must be filled out by each prospective tenant. After acceptance, a lease will be created for you. We require first month's rent and a security deposit of equal amount to secure the lease.

We do allow pre-approved pets at this location with a non-refundable $500.00 fee. This fee does not cover pet damage.
