All leases run from August 5 - July 28 on a one year tenancy.

Included in the rental rate is general area maintenance and yard care. Gas, electric, water, wifi and anything else that you would like is the tenant responsibility.

Off-street and On-street parking is available.

The application must be filled out by each prospective tenant. After acceptance, a lease will be created for you. We require first month's rent and a security deposit of equal amount to secure the lease.

We do allow pre-approved pets at this location with a non-refundable fee of $500.00. This fee does not cover any pet damage.
