All leases run from August 5 - July 29 on a one year tenancy.

Included in the rental rate is general area maintenance. Gas, electric, water, wifi and anything else that you would like is the tenant responsibility.

Off-street and On-street parking is available.

The application must be filled out by each prospective tenant. After acceptance, a lease will be created for you. We require first month's rent and a security deposit of equal amount to secure the lease.

We do allow pre-approved pets at this location with a non-refundable fee of $500.00. This fee does not cover any pet damage.
