This lease is available starting on October 5, 2024. It is a 1 year tenancy lease, with an option to stay continuous years.

Tenant is responsible for the water, gas, electric, yard care, wifi and any thing else they would like.

Off-street and on-street parking is available.

The application must be filled out by each prospective tenant. After acceptance, a lease will be created for you. We require first month's rent and a security deposit of equal amount to secure the lease.

We allow pre-approved pets at this location with a non-refundable $500.00 fee. This fee does not cover pet damage.
