All leases run from August 5 - July 29 on a one year tenancy.

This home consists of 3 separate apartments located on individual floors.

Top floor is a 3 bed/ 1 bath

Main floor is a 4 bed/ 1 bath

First floor is a 3 bed/1 bath

Included in the rental rate is the water bill and general area maintenance. Gas, electric, wifi and anything else that you would like is the tenant responsibility.

Parking is governed by the City of Columbia and they currently give out 2 parking permits per unit. 

There is a back parking lot for tenant use.

The application must be filled out by each prospective tenant. After acceptance, a lease will be created for you. We require first month's rent and a security deposit of equal amount to secure the lease.

We do not allow pets at this location.
